    This is the clear, step-by-step journey from our first handshake to the final result.

    • Step 1: Consultation and Customization

      Your project begins with a site visit to assess the area, take accurate measurements, and discuss your goals. We then help you choose the perfect stamp pattern, block style, color, and finish to match your vision and budget.

    • Step 2: The Detailed Quote

      Based on your selections, we will provide you with a detailed, professional quote that clearly outlines the scope of work, material costs, and the total project price.

    • Step 3: Contract and Booking

      Once you approve the quote, you will sign the contract and provide a 10% deposit . This secures your materials and officially puts your project on our schedule . We handle all necessary permitting and utility marking.

    • Step 4: The Build Day(s)

      Our team will mobilize and begin the work, which includes site preparation, forming, and the expert pouring and finishing of the concrete. Note on Timing: Most of our projects are expertly executed in just one day of on-site work. Larger or more complex installations may require up to three days.

    • Step 5: Curing and Clean-Up

      After the pour is complete, we perform a thorough clean-up of the job site. We will provide you with clear care instructions regarding the crucial curing process, advising when the area is safe for use.

    • Step 6: Final Review and Payment

      Upon satisfactory completion of the project, we will conduct a final walkthroug h. Once the project is complete the remaining balance is due .(made out to Cruz Concrete LLC)
